Our Commitment to Cleanliness
With the COVID-19 situation still evolving, and with the associated questions prompted by the virus, we wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep our guests and team members safe and healthy, as that is the number one priority for our hotels.
OUR CLEANLINESS:
While you are with us, we want you to feel safe and at home. Many of our guests tell us that they do feel this way with us, and we hope that you will feel the same as well. Please give us the opportunity to help with your questions and needs. We’re here for you
- We practice social distancing in all areas of the hotel, both front and back of the house
- Masks are required for both hotel guests and our team members
- Front Desk interactions are as touchless as possible
- Additional cleaning is being performed throughout the property
- Hand sanitizer is available at the Front Desk as well as the Grab-&-Go Breakfast area
- On-going training is performed with our team to make sure they are up to date with the latest protocols
FOR GUESTROOMS:
Our existing housekeeping procedures for cleanliness, hand washing, and disinfection already go beyond measures that the CDC recommends, including using hospital grade disinfectant and ensuring all surfaces in guest rooms are treated daily and between guests. We have taken these additional measures:
- Enhanced peroxide based cleaner/disinfectant
- Opening windows and balcony doors to allow fresh air to circulate
- Allow room to run vacation as occupancy allows
- Fortify our training with Housekeeper’s Pledge for all room attendants
- Remove from room items such as directories, magazines, decorative pillows and throws
- Provide individually wrapped glassware and cups along with personalize coffee and tea set up
- Full replacement of in-room linens and terry
- Each of our guest rooms are cooled and heated with individual, wall mounted Ptac units which only use fresh outside air to condition the room.
FOR PUBLIC SPACES:
We want you to feel safe and at home as you enjoy our property. We continue to maintain and upgrade our facilities with recommended cleaning and operating practices. Here are just some of those extra steps we take:
- Hand sanitizer is available at the Front Desk as well as the Breakfast area
- Additional cleaning of high-touch point areas with disinfectant cleaner
- Breakfast style will be grab and go.
- Non-guest Visitors are discouraged from entering the hotel
- Meeting and event space is closed
- Breakfast service has been adjusted to a Grab-&-Go environment with a number of selections
SOCIAL DISTANCING & FACE MASKS:
We are committed to your safety, as well as the safety of our team members. In addition to all team members practicing safe physical distancing, we ask that you, our guest, also take all measures possible to maintain a 6 foot or more physical distance from others as well as observe basic protective measures against the spread of the novel coronavirus including wear face masks in all public areas. AMENITIES, SERVICES, & SANITATION:
The safety measures and guidelines outlined by local and national health authorities that we are following mean that some amenities and services that are listed online may differ from what we are currently offering. We have listed a few of those changes here, but please contact us for additional information or with any questions you might have. Additionally, we have implemented the following precautionary measures and sanitation standards:
To help mitigate the travel of airborne pathogens, a Plexiglas barrier, and stanchions have been installed at each check-in station. Our team appreciates if you observe these barriers as protection for both yourself our our team members.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our flexible cancellation policy allows reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one-night room and tax. No shows will be charged first night's room and tax.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
